Author, Five Habits of Non Routine Leaders
Jeff has spent the last 20 years of his career consulting with Fortune 500 companies and two years as Chief Customer Officer at BGR. His expertise spans corporate and portfolio strategy, Change Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience - all in service of helping organizations grow.
However, Jeff noticed that despite the increasing frequency and speed of disruptive changes in the national and global economies over recent years, many organizations were failing to adapt successfully. This prompted him to embark on a 3-year research pursuit to uncover the critical factors that affect success or failure. The results identified a particular type of leadership as being most significant for successful growth which, ultimately, led to Jeff’s seminal work—Five Habits of the Non Routine Leader.
